La Moor Country Venue & Eatery

We had such a lovely stay at Lamoir Country Estate! We chose the accommodation because of its convenient location near Cradle Moon, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, warm and hospitable, and genuinely made us feel at home. Everything was comfortable, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, which was another lovely touch. One of my favourite parts was waking up to the beautiful, tranquil surroundings. There's a lovely little lake just outside, and watching the ducks being fed in the morning, with the peaceful sound of the water in the background, was such a special experience. The accommodation was also easy to find and conveniently located for the activities we had planned. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful getaway made even better by the kindness and hospitality of the people running it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

There isn't always great reception in the room in terms of cellular connection, but there is wifi!

Water pressure is a bit low

During my time there, the facility experienced power outages. I had to check out early in the morning while it was still completely dark.Unfortunately, the property did not have any flashlights or alternative lighting available for guests in the room and outside route towards the parking area. Navigating an unfamiliar space in total darkness made my departure incredibly difficult
