Chateaudun Opéra

Great location - you can easily reach most of the main tourist attractions by metro. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants in the area. Although check-in officially started at 3 PM, we were able to check in at noon, which was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

The cleanliness could be improved a little. You can tell it’s an old building, which adds to the Parisian vibe, but some of the towels had stains, there was quite a bit of dust, and the curtains were stained too. Nothing too alarming, but a little more attention to detail would make a difference, especially considering that the price per night isn’t exactly cheap.

The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the reception team i, especially Rabia is absolutely lovely! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I had a wonderful experience!

Nothing to mention. Everything was great!

Amazing location, this hotel is in the middle of loads of bars/restaurants/boulangerie’s that are all reasonably priced. I highly recommend Poni which is a 1 min walk from hotel. Staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.

There was a lot of noise one of the nights from the room upstairs, not the hotels fault but it did wake me up and disrupt my sleep considerably. Sounded like furniture/chairs dragging on the floor.

Building looks better from outside than room. Cute little lobby. Good exercise room. Breakfast room was tastefully decorated, breakfast very good, tables cleared and service good. Rooms well equipped with dryer, good shower, safe, tiny frig. But room hasn't been decorated in 30 years. Bedspread was so dusty and dirty I dont think it had ever been washed. Staff was very helpful but room was huge disappointment.

Room was old, tired, with tiles darling off in bathroom. Bedspread was unclean.
