Themis Beach Hotel

Staff was super nice! Especially Voula took excellent care of us as my girlfriend arrived with a broken foot.

Room interior looked a bit outdated.

The hotel offers very good value for money and has a great location, very close to the airport. The sea view is beautiful and the beach is wonderful. Although there is no real town centre nearby, there are several restaurants, souvenir shops and small stores within a few minutes’ walk. The staff were excellent. The reception team were always very friendly, helpful and flexible. We were able to arrange a paid late check-out, which we really appreciated. The restaurant staff were also wonderful and very attentive. I also enjoyed the all-inclusive food. Overall, the menu was good and there were plenty of options. The pool and beach areas are very pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The air conditioning was one of the main issues. It was quite weak and the system was automatic, so we could not adjust either the temperature or the fan speed ourselves. The unit is also installed very low on the wall, underneath a marble counter, which seemed to reduce the airflow even more. On very hot days, especially when it was around 32°C, the room became quite uncomfortable. We also had one day when the air conditioning, Wi-Fi and elevator were not working because of a power problem, which made the situation more difficult. For an all-inclusive hotel, I was also surprised by some extra charges. A cappuccino after breakfast hours cost €3, and the beach sunbeds and umbrella cost €10 per day. Beach towels require a €15 refundable deposit, plus €1.50 per towel per day. Unfortunately, because of a laundry problem, our towels could not be changed during our six-day stay, so we paid the daily fee while using the same towels. The food was good, but for a six-day stay I would have appreciated more variety, especially different meat dishes and pasta options. Housekeeping was generally fine, although the bathroom floor mat was not replaced during our stay.

Wspaniały klimat, atmosfera. Czuliśmy się jak wśród rodziny . Dodatkowo hotel po remoncie, wszystko wręcz pachnie nowością! Apartament z widokiem na morze zapewnia zarówno piękne wschody jak i zachody słońca. Jedzenie jest pyszne, zróżnicowane. Aż szkoda wyjeżdżać 🥹

The location is fabulous. The architecture of the junior suite terraces was beautiful. Loved the layout. The receptionists and the main dining room manager were very nice. Didn’t stay long enough to meet others.

The ac system. The acs turn on automatically based on the outside temperature. Supposedly for sustainability reasons. All well and good, but at night it can be hot and still. There are mosquitoes. They only give a fan if you ask for one and even that is in limited supply. The ac protocol for the rooms is not a good one. The food was also mediocre.
