The location of Casa de Arouca was exactly what we were looking for—despite being close to a hospital, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. At bight The apartment was just the right size for our trip, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. All the amenities (air conditioner, TV, microwave, and coffee machine) worked perfectly. Self check-in was smooth and straightforward. While we didn't interact with staff during our stay, a very pleasant lady helped us find our apartment when we first arrived, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience and very good value!

The only minor downside was that the guests staying upstairs were quite active late at night, and their footsteps sounded like heavy stomping on the floor. While this is certainly not the property's fault, soundproofing between floors could be improved.
