Ashfield Boutique Stays

An attractive, compact room and shower room, spotlessly clean. Shower was efficient, with consistent pressure and temperature. Bottled water and wine were provided along with the usual teas, coffee, biscuits. Plenty of useful information in the room book if you are not familiar with the area. 3 parking spaces - not sure what parking is available if these are all in use, as the street appears to be permit parking only (and was choc-a-bloc) Very quiet at night.

Very limited hanging space - 2 coats, a suit bag and a dress filled the small hanging space (visible to left of door in photo) No drawers (barring tiny ones in bedside cabinets) for jumpers, undies or other clothing. Not too much of a problem for a 2-night stay, but would be annoying for longer. No mini-fridge (mentioned in other reviews) to cool the water (or the wine!) Mattress was unusually soft - bearable for a brief stay but not long-term. Windows in bedroom and bathroom opened quite wide, a security concern on the ground floor. The recommended breakfast cafe doesn't open until 10 on Sundays and is closed on Mondays.

The property was well located, immaculately clean and well presented. We will definitely be returning.

Very close to all amenities. Altrincham town centre literally 10 minutes away by foot.

Very clean , very comfortable.

There aren't many hotel choices in central Altrincham, as most by airport. This was an excellent ground floor apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Great facilities and better than a hotel option in my opinion. Also only 10 mins walk to town centre.
