Very nice decoration and location, it’s a very beautiful colonial house with large Rooms and the beautiful view to the sea

The room missed the basics. Cutlery, glasses, extra blanket.

Fantastic hotel with huge potential, great customer service!

The facilities need some renovation that could propel it to a high end hotel.

The first time my room was cleaned after my arrival, nothing was actually changed; items were simply put back in their places—it was just tidying up, without replacing the hotel soap or shampoo. It seemed like the staff member was rushing through the job. Also, I am on a tourist island and wanted to invite a friend for lunch at the hotel, but the receptionist told me I would have to pay $30 if a visitor came to see me; I have visited friends at other hotels, and none of them required this. I felt like I was in prison—everything was governed by strict rules. Even the Jacuzzi on the balcony wasn't working and clearly needed maintenance. For these reasons, I do not want to return there.
