The apartment is very nice with a short walk to the beach and a great view over Nice and the bay.
It is fully equipted and it is possible to close the sleeping area in the living room with a sliding door. The balcony is very big with the sun on it from early in the morning until late in the day. The public transport from the apartment to Nice is very easy to use and cost only 1,5€ per person.
