The location. Very kind of helpful housekeeper.
The bathroom. Shower head was not on properly, and there was a smell.

Great location. Was walking distance to the Freedom Square and to most of the meeting points for the tours I went for. They were kind enough to allow me an early checkin as I arrived in the mornings hours, and the rooms look just like the pics. The check-in instructions were clear .
Housekeeping was very light touch and would have been great to have some mugs and spoons/sugar for the coffee station but overall a very nice place to stay in a central location.

It right at the center of the old town.

The rooms are clean, but very simple and bare-bones. The bed is comfortable, which is a plus.
The location is also great, with everything within easy walking distance.
This is more of a hostel than a hotel. The place is very basic, and the lobby has a strong, unpleasant smell - it literally smells like a hostel.
There’s a shared kitchen, and the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. There was also construction noise outside early in the morning.
Another downside is that they only accept cash, with no option to pay by card.
