Location is close to the marina with beautiful sea views, very peaceful and only a ten minute stroll into the old town, it is in a complex with gated security with a pool and bar.

Not really anything to dislike, maybe a lick of paint and a bit of maintenance here and there, if you struggle with steps it isn't for you as there lots of them on the complex.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The sea view was excellent and one of the highlights of our holiday. The property was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout. The owner has thoughtfully provided all the essential items such as body wash, hand soap, toilet roll, and washing-up liquid. We usually bring our own toiletries, but it is a great touch for guests who may have forgotten something. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The complex is very quiet during the day, with mostly adults staying there, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also felt very safe and secure, especially at night when the entrance gate to the complex is locked. The location is excellent, with local shops, bars, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere peaceful, comfortable, safe, and conveniently located in Puerto del Carmen, this apartment is an excellent choice and we would happily stay here again.

The only minor point for us was that the bed was slightly less comfortable than what we are used to at home, as we normally sleep on a memory foam mattress. However, this is very much a personal preference and certainly did not detract from our stay. Considering the value for money, we really could not complain.

Muy buena ubicación y acceso. Apartamento cómodo con buenas vistas

Siamo una coppia arrivata a inizio gennaio 2026. Il punto forte della casa è la posizione comoda e strategica per vedere l’isola, soprattutto andando sul lato destro della costa a piedi si vede una meraviglia. Poi la facilità nel trovare i parcheggi gratuiti in prossimità della casa e sicuramente il balconcino sul mare veramente carino. Abbiamo preso il sole molto spesso dopo pranzo nelle ore più calde, abbronzandoci.

Siamo arrivati e il meccanismo per aprire il cancello non funzionava con apposito codice, come da istruzioni dell’host (il quale aveva detto di essere passato recentemente ed era tutto ok, secondo lui). Abbiamo scoperto poi - tentando - che il cancello era rotto e si apriva spontaneamente senza chiavi. Lo abbiamo segnalato all’host e ci ha comunicato che era in riparazione ma non sono mai venuti ad aggiustarlo, perlomeno fino a 8 giorni dopo, quando siamo ripartiti. La porta di casa intruppa il pavimento fino a metà apertura quindi è scomoda da aprire. In generale, la porta era un po’ “scassata” sotto. L’acqua calda non è continuativa perché lo scaldabagno è piccolino, quindi da chiudere spesso e aspettare che ricarica (per le donne con capelli lunghi come me). Sul soffitto appena arrivati c’era una scia di muffa con perdita che veniva da soffitto. Fortunatamente ancora non perdeva acqua e non l’ha fatto per tutto il tempo. Era un’inflitrazione. Dato che l’Host aveva detto di essere passato recentemente, ci è parso molto strano. Lo abbiamo avvisato e ha allertato subito l’amministrazione. Tuttavia, abbiamo solo sentito i lavori sul tetto ma nessuno si è mai affacciato dentro per controllare, pur avendo inviato le foto.
