LATROUPE Grand Place

Right in the centre of town. Clean, foyer is very much like a hotel, good kitchen facility, very good showers.

Not much.

Everything

location good, medium firm mattress strong water pressure friendly and efficient staff

private room window can't be opened and it overlooks the internal breakfast area noisy room, the door is not at all insulating from noise at the corridor, the window is a bit better but i kept being woken up around 7:00 by the breakfast crowd and on multiple nights the breakfast area was busy with people talking/shouting, having fun (which is fine but I shouldn't need to listen to it when I pay hotel-like sums for a room.

The room was good and bed comfortable. Shower was nice and strong.

There was a terrible sewage smell in the lobby area constantly. We were very grateful that we had not booked breakfast as it was served in this area. Luckily we had a high up room so the smell wasn’t a factor there - but it was very off putting and overwhelmingly strong for our two night stay.
