Location is great. The property is a good size for two couples or small family.
The bathroom is very outdated. There is barely any room between the shower and toilet, and getting in and out of the shower on wet surface is very hazardous. Definitely don’t recommend for people with disabilities or elderly.
Also the bathroom window won’t stay shut.
The stairs to the upper mezzanine bedroom was very obscure and challenging to go up and down. This can be very hazardous. Definitely don’t recommend for people with disabilities or elderly. This should be upgraded.
If these things are upgraded the property could be rated 10/10.

The process was very easy. Instructions were very clear. Video was extremely helpful.
The shower was very small given the size of the apartment. Rest of bathroom perfectly functional.
