Beautiful pool, beautiful beach, just don't go out of season

We requested an upstairs room for security and even though there was truly minimal occupancy we were told this couldn't be arranged our first night so we would have to unpack and repack which is not ideal. We understand that if a hotel is busy it might not be possible but there seemed to be no reason we couldn't be accommodated. No mirror in the main bedroom. There were also a large number of insects inside the room, and all over the terrace furniture, which again might have been avoided with an upstairs room. Lastly due to it being low season, the majority of facilities were unavailable: sun loungers on the beach were removed on our first day, no where to get drinks as the beach and pool bars were closed, games room was closed, ping pong tables with no bats, and one song playing on repeat the entire morning by the pool. There were so many staff around, it would have been better to swap to a more personal service than trying to maintain a skeleton crew in such a large area

Absolutely amazing staff , especially Aissa on reception. Live performance every day, super delicious food and gorgeous private beach. We ended up extending our stay as it was so sad to leave.

Everything is was perfect

Very welcoming and polite staff. Off season stay in May. Can’t agree with most reviews we have read. We almost decided not to visit because some of the negative reviews. We have had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back next year with the family.

The beach could be cleaner. There are better beaches to visit in the area.

Overall it was a picturesque property.

The place was maybe at 10% capacity but stuck us next to people making noise until 3am in the morning. There was no reason to put us next to people. Complete madness really. I also felt the staff, for a resort and Raddison, were not interested in helping or even being there.
