The location was excellent. Tap room next door was lovely and the walk to the waterfall was worth doing. There was plenty space for four of us and the hot tub was an added bonus. Smart TV was good.
The double bedsheet had a hole in it and one of the single pillows was dirty. The window in the double bedroom was cracked and extractor fan in the ensuite didn’t work.

Location and the hot tub. Communication with the owners was very clear and transparent.
The property was a bit tired in places. There was a cracked window, a missing blind, rusted dispensers in the showers and the hot tub had some dirty marks round the water line. Also around the rubbish bins outside there was a lot of mess which I think had been caused by a rat as we saw a large rat in the garden whilst we were in the hot tub. The children got nettle stings from some overgrown nettles around the hot tub.
