The lady that cleaned our room was very nice. The gentleman in the front desk was very serious.
Gentlemen at the front desk should smile more.

Location was excellent, although it is an older hotel and could use some upgrades
The room really needed a small bar fridge. It is almost “a must” as there was no ice machine and had to go to the restaurant to get some.

Near shopping
Had weird smell and damaged room door locks

Close to the basilica was good.
No internet was terrible. Unable to adjust AC. Noisy fan. No breakfast, but coffee was okay (no milk, though). Late night gym noise (music) downstairs.
