The apartment was clean and modern, the lock box was easy to access, parking was very convenient, and the neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet.
The kitchen smelled so badly of cigarette smoke, that we had to keep the door to the kitchen closed at all times, and didn't want to go in there. There was also no microwave, which would have been useful travelling with a child. More pillows and substantial pillows for the beds would have made it more comfortable. We couldn't seem to get the heating to work well in the bedrooms, so kept the doors to the hallway open.

"Cleanliness, big and confy rooms. Good bed, also nice kitchen and good surrondings and quiet neighborhood. There was buses nearby and it's a short 10-15m walk from the harbor and train station."
