DORMERO Hotel Bremen

The location was great near the old town center and right next to the train station. The room was large and the bed was comfy.

Not a complaint more of a comment the staff while very polite didn't know much English.

The room was great and also breakfast very good

Sauna after a long cold day is super nice.

The receptionist is never there. you have to wait every time when you have any question or request. the sauna was off and there was no any information about the working hours. so we had to ask at the reception. the answer was “sauna ist zu”…. when we asked when is it gonna be “on”, he said in half an hour. an hour later the sauna still was off, so we had to come down again, wait and ask again. the answer was “in half an hour, i forgot”… the other day we had another problem we needed the receptionist to help us, the staff from the kitchen said “he is gonna be here at 12pm”… good that our train was at 1pm and we had time to wait for him…

We liked the location, it is very close to the train station and to the old city center. The shower was really big and the bathroom was nice as well. Also a plus were the free drinks in the mini fridge in the room

The bed was awful, haven’t slept this bad in a hotel in ages. The mattress had no comfort, was too hard and everytime my partner or I moved or rolled in our sleep we woke each other up. Kept us up all night and we felt not rested at all.
