8 / 10Doskonały·wrz 2026

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Strood station so very convenient for a business stay. Very good value for money and met expectation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sizeable room.

A little tired in places. There was no plug in the sink but then it was cheap.

9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026

The staff were very friendly, especially the young lady on reception and the man attending to breakfast. The standard of cleaniness was very high throughout the hotel. My room was well stocked with provisions such as tea, coffee, towels and toiletries etc., and was very clean.

A double-bed in a single-room meant that the floor space was restricted, but it was manageable, and overall I was happy with the room. There is no lift in the hotel which meant having to walk up four flights of stairs.
