Modern, secure, clean, comfortable beds, good quality bedding, lovely double shower, daily towel change and rubbish collection, quite high tech equipment, big TV in kitchen/diner, excellent sauna and jacuzzi bath.

1. Just before arrival was contacted to advise them of our arrival time 15 mins prior, to be met at property. We did this, arrived at property and waited outside for 10 mins thinking that they would come along any minute, so I then decided to check my phone only to find a message saying that they wouldn't be meeting us and gave us door codes to get in. Lucky I checked my phone after 10 mins waiting outside or we could have been there longer! Also we rushed from station so we wouldn't keep anyone waiting when we could have taken our time. Why do this, not good, don't think they had any intentions of meeting us at property anyway. 2. Misleading information about washing machine which isn't actually in kitchen but in a corridor on another floor, so you don't have your own, with no instructions on how to use it. Had to call agents to tell me where it was and give me codes for that floor and when I couldn't fathom out how to use tumble dry programme someone did come out (lovely lady) but she wasn't sure and gave me wrong information and I never was able to tumble dry. It was a hassle tbh to do the washing and I was disappointed because I booked it for the convenience of my own washing machine as we had been travelling, not a shared one on another floor having to negotiate 3 door codes and a different floor in the process! 3. Safe hadn't been left open so I couldn't open it to set my own code to use it. Did tell them and they said they would send me a master code to open safe but I never did hear anything about it after that and so couldn't use safe during my stay. It's something that should have been checked before we arrived. 4. My particular apartment ( No 32 ) was painted in a very dark colour green and felt very oppressive, I personally would have preferred a lighter colour 5. Supposed to be a TV on the wall in one of the bedrooms, but no tv just the marks on the wall where it once was!

It was all great

The swing in the room was unusual, as was a sauna but brought a smile. The hot tub took some time to start working but did work. The area was quite good for exploring the city

A lock box would have been easier than having to meet the host
