Location was fantastic, right across from the foreshore and an easy walk into town and places to eat. The room was large and beds were huge. Parking was convenient on site.
Mattresses were very hard. Bathroom was modern but very small and an odd layout. No streaming services on the television - only a few free to air channels available. No table in the room other than a desk despite ample room for a small table and chairs. Room decor very dated.

The location was lovely.
The staff understanding and empathic
Queen bed/ double bed in room 13 has a huge dip in the middle.
The toilet positioning is hard up against shower screen, not comfortable to use.
When raised with staff who were kind... the response was that the owner didn't want to alter as it cost too much and they get that feedback alot.
