Viktoria Budget Hostel

Super helpful lady at the staff althought her english is not very good. Loved the facilities, everything clean and cozy. Also the surrounding areas are not in a busy area but honestly I loved that -- It gives you the sensation to be a local. Also nice restaurants around, with fair prices, and open after 8pm which is a plus.

I liked the hygiene, atmosphere, rooms very clean well organized with food provided. Wifi was Great, the transport system is very okay because it gives a small distance to get a bus or tram. I didn't have hard time with that. I liked the place generally because I felt very safe

The receptionist call it the old lady. I sometimes had inquiries but she seemed as if she was helping me to stay there, I didn't like it at all, I didn't feel good about that, she seems principled and she doesn't answer questions, I asked her a little but got no feedback so her reception wasn't good. I just feel like I was just helped to stay at the hostel.

it was really good. i was initially a bit worried about how to manage as its my first time in switzerland, but everything was so convenient and beyond my expectations. the staff, facilities like kitchen, blanket and everything was provided and better than what one could expect. "there were no extra/hidden charges that i had to pay for during my 5 nights stay". thanks a lot to madam who works there and maintained everything.

although a decent size locker was already available, it could be better with a locker for big trolley bags as well.

the lady at the front was really nice! the kitchen we could use was huge and we could also drink tea that was free!

it was a bit far from the centre so i had to use the tram to get into the city but it was still a nice hostel
