My first visit to Egypt and Alexandria, and this was the perfect stay for 1 week. Booked this through booking.com and initially I stayed in the apartment with pool table, then moved to another one. Hassan is an excellent host and ambassador for Egyptian culture and hospitality. Before the checkin he confirmed everything on Whatsapp. He personally came to bus station to pick me up. The apartment with pool table is located on 4th floor, there is no elevator. The neighbourhood is called Fleming and is a typically local area with lots of noise and crowds. However there are many restaurants, cafes, markets, and everything else you need close by and some are 24/7. After 4 nights I moved to the more modern apartment with home theatre, on 1st floor of the same building. Hassan was in constant check with me for anything and also arranged a new toaster grill oven. He also helped me book bus ticket to Alamein. Finally on last day, he also dropped me at bus station early morning. I really appreciate the kind gesture and going out of his way. Especially when pretty much everyone these days is just investing in apartments and staying outside the country with no interest in their guests, just money. I can definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alex for a short visit or a long stay. Shukran jazilan, Hassan and Nice House!

It was very comfortable and peaceful stay; the apartment itself is equipped by all necessary stuff for living. The owner is very kind and willing to help at any time, you can ask him any question.

The host is the best host during our 1 month in Egypt. Very helpful to offer to take us from the bus stop to the house, and also to the bus stop when we checked out. We had nice conversations in the car. The house is spacious, and good value for the price. It is located in an older area, but we slept very well. The A/C with heating is really appreciated during the winter! One thing to note that you might have to turn off and on the water pumper from time to time, but it didn't bother us. Getting an Uber from this place is easy. We walked around for lunch and dinner.

The house was beautiful and exactly as it appears in the pictures. Ahmed, the host, was really friendly and helpful. He honestly he elevated our experience of Alexandria. I really appreciate him for going out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The best part is that he speaks English. I will definitely be returning to stay at the Nice house soon. If you're looking for accommodation in Alexandria this is the perfect choice.
