Being so close to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The coastal walks from Goodrington to Brixham and Torquay were stunning and were among the highlights of our stay. The accommodation was in a fantastic location, with bus stops, corner shops, and takeaways all within a short walking distance, making it very convenient. We had an amazing stay and would happily return.

There were just a few minor areas that could be improved. We noticed a slight smell from the toilets at times, although it wasn't too bad. The kitchen surfaces and dining table were a little sticky on arrival, but this was easily sorted with a quick wipe down. The laundry area and washing line could also benefit from a sweep and the removal of a few cobwebs. These were only small points and didn't detract from an otherwise lovely stay.

Very clean and tidy, plenty of linen and towels plus tea towels, everything you need (but could do with an oven glove) everything was good.
