The Nimman Hotel - SHA Plus

This hotel was just perfect for our large group. I booked 10 rooms over 2 bookings. With people arriving at different times, I was worried but I needn’t have been. Nok on reception had everything prepared as people arrived and checkin was smooth for everyone. The rooms were small but perfect (think Ibis style)with great aircon, hot showers and enough TV channels to keep any nationality entertained. Breakfast was great and very casual with a great selection. We also enjoyed the pool. What really stood out was the level of service from the reception team. Nok was superb and chatted every time we passed her. She even arranged to get my friends sandals glued when the sole fell off.

Great location in an attractive area with lots of stuff to do, a nice pool (even though we didn't use it), nice architecture and a comfy balcony.

No hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 90% sure that body wash and shampoo were one and the same stuff, the toilet paper holder was too small for the toilet paper roll which made it fall down with the slightest touch, there was no curtain in front of the shower which caused the bathroom to be flooded easily (and the toilet paper roll to be instantly flooded as well, because it fell down a lot), and the water piping was quite loose and didn't feel like it was properly maintained. All in all nothing that really ruins your trip, but I wouldn't expect this from a three star hotel.
