Food in the restaurant was very good. The service of restaurant staff were exceptional.
International credit card did not work in the hotel for payment. We were not informed of this while booking the hotel.
Furniture were worn out
Supply of toilet roll was insufficient.

Clean and spacious rooms, excellent service. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very courteous and assisted us with our requests.
It’s a bit pricey.

On the main road, fairly clean, has a park to walk around. Good sized room. Good views.
The towels are not sparkling white. The breakfast buffet could use more variety. Made to order did meet my expectations.

We overnighted at this hotel on our way to Gangotri and so we left before breakfast was served, the staff arranged a packed breakfast for us to take with us in the car.
Check in process seemed to take a really long time. Would have been nice to be able to adjust the AC settings, we froze when it was 40-deg outside. The price point seems a bit high?
