The room was close to both the Metro and The Vatican. Niccolo was very friendly and supportive and gave us some great tips on restaurants.

Niccolo a awesome, he was so helpful and very friendly. We had a hard time finding out when we got there, but I called the number and he immediately came out and helped us. The room was cool and clean. I'm so glad it had AC, we were there in August and it was very hot and humid. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants, and the metro and bus if you're going further into the city.

The location was just amazing. We could see the Vatican walls from our room. The room was comfortable and clean. Nicolo (the staff) was extremely kind and very helpful. There's an ice-cream shop right next to the entrance, restaurants all around, a small supermarket close by, the metro line (eayy to get from the airport) and busses all around.

Honestly nothing, it was prefect.

This B&B has a great location and the host is friendly, but I wouldn't recommend staying here during summer. While the room does have air conditioning, it was set to 25°C and wouldn't go lower — I'm not sure if that's a preset or a fault. I raised this with the host, but unfortunately no action was taken. Also, housekeeping was inconsistent. The room wasn't cleaned often enough, and toiletries were barely topped up. On top of that, the staff would switch off the AC whenever they entered the room to clean, which made it uncomfortable to return to after a hot day out in Rome. Lovely spot and nice people, but the lack of climate control and housekeeping issues really took away from the experience."
