Very friendly and helpful team, reception always had a staff member there. Very clean room. Very quiet. We were able to lock our bikes in a secure room.Breakfast served early so we got a meal before v early start. Nice restaurant and wine selection.

The service in the restaurant was vv slow. Only 2 people on to run the bar and serve on tables. Our 'meal took over two hours start to finush for one starter and 2 mains,, so frustrating but not the fault of the staff.

Good location for travelling down south, the restaurant is great and the staff pleasant

This is a good hotel in general, and we usually like staying there.

We did warn the hotel that we will arrive very late after the midnight. But when we finally arrived at 3am, it turned out that our room was given to somebody else. We had to wait for another hour to be given at least some room, and finally could get one after 4am. The room was OK, but not as good as the Superior room we originally booked. We're not sure why it took such a long time to find a room for us, and it costed us more than an hour of sleeping time at that night, so we felt even more tired the next day. We sincerely hope that this experience will not repeat.
