Margina Residence Hotel

Location, hotel, cleanliness, staff. Amazing. Best views right opposite the beach. Great to jump in the ocean, hear the ocean waves .

Nothing

The property was very central but close enough away for peace and quiet from the main town

Nothing it was fantastic

We had a wonderful stay in Paxos and honestly left with the feeling that we would love to come back. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and wonderful hospitality made this place very special to us. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, right by the sea, with an amazing view from the room. Waking up and seeing the sea, the yachts and the island opposite directly from our bed was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the mornings — having a coffee on the terrace, watching the sunrise and listening to the quietness around us. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The room was cosy, stylish and very clean, and the small fridge was a useful addition. Everything was cleaned and looked after very well. What really made our stay special, though, were the hosts and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. We felt genuinely cared for and almost like we were at home. Every request was met with a smile and they always tried to help. The location is also great. There is access to the sea directly in front of the property from the rocks, and the town centre is only about a 400-metre walk. There are also some excellent restaurants just a few minutes away. There is no pool or garden, but the covered and open terraces with sun loungers and seating are beautiful and make the most of the stunning sea views.Overall, we had a truly lovely and relaxing stay. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and wonderful hospitality made this place very special to us. We will definitely remember those quiet mornings with coffee, the sea in front of us and the beautiful sunrises — and we would happily return.

Breakfast was lovely, especially if you enjoy homemade sweets. There were several different homemade cakes and pastries every morning, freshly baked by the lady of the house, which was a real treat. We would have appreciated a little more choice of savoury food and fruit, though.
