The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The building also has an elevator, which is convenient. The location is very practical, very close to the train station and with easy access to the city’s main attractions. There are also several 24-hour convenience stores nearby, which can be very useful if you need anything at the last minute. We stayed for only one night.
The shower was very poor and leaked water in several directions. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The pillows were uncomfortable. Customer service was somewhat disappointing as well: when we asked where we could pay for the public street parking, the staff member was unable to provide us with this basic information.

Location is excellent from the logistics standpoint. 5 minutes with fast pace to Bari Centrale. Balcony was cozy and atmospheric, especially observing what the neighbors which happen to be real locals do😊
All mod cons are present, if something was missing you could find it in the common area of the apartment.
the interaction with the reception desk was extremely smooth and effective. Never have I seen such an innovative system of accessing your room/flat/building. But I was a little bit scary about loosing my phone 😅
The room was small, but what could you expect from a room for 1. Maybe I would also add a table because it was a bit uncomfortable to use the table on the balcony.
A very small inconvenience for me but some people may be seriously distracted: there were very small ants in the room (luckily not the other unpleasant types of bugs, I don’t have anything against ants)

Great location, convenient access to the room, good facilities
The building and some furniture is a bit old, but still was very comfy

We needed something close the Bari Centrale station for a late night arrival and morning departure. This worked fine and remote access by owner was very helpful.
Basic accomodation, and we couldn’t manage hot water but it did its job for us for the night.
