Coffee was not very good, did not have any food there.

Rooftop bar was closed both nights we stayed there and that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. The lobby seating area was also closed off, but it did not look like anything was being done there so I’m not sure why.

Hotel is a pretty good price for New York City.

The room had a lot of issues: the curtains were off their track and hanging loose, there were some clear oily marks on the inside of the glass where someone had put their face to it and it had not been cleaned and when we arrived there was full wastebasket of tissues from the last guest. When I told the front desk about this they wanted me to "speak to the head of their cleaning service, so they could figure out what went wrong and how they could improve it next time." Honestly, if there's a problem with the room I expect to be comp'ed a drink or something along those lines, I wasn't expecting to be asked to run some sort of staff training session.
