We were surprised there was no lift and we had to lug our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs and no concierge. Perhaps we didn’t read the info carefully. Worth it once we got there!

Location was great and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was great also
At $1000 per night I feel it is time for the unit to be deep cleaned, beds are old/uncomfortable and need replacing. The gym might as well have been closed given almost everything was out of action.
