The room I had was small, but well thought out that it was functional. The bed was very comfy! The staff was exceptional.

The check in area could use some work. The reception is just a pop up booth in the back corner of a coffee shop.

Hotel is nicely decorated and perfectly located in the downtown of Sevilla. I’d definitely recommend staying here for your visit. Bed was super comfortable and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and AC worked really well during the hot summer season we visited.

If I could change anything of our room, it would be the bathroom. It feels like they improvised a bathroom in the room, but it actually wasn’t meant to be there and also, walls are see through, so you can see what the person inside is doing all the time. You won’t have privacy if you are staying in the room with a friend or someone who has not seen you in your natural suit. 🙊 Also, not sure why they charge more for a room with view to the outside, sure you can see people pass by, but it isn’t a city view or anything that is truly exceptional or that would make a difference in your experience to be paid for. Also, if you need an uber to go to the airport or train station, you will have to walk a couple blocks to request it as cara cannot drive by.

Beautiful, modern and prime location

The toilet/bathroom - there’s no privacy, the walls and bathroom door is made of sheer glass. Sharing the room with someone else can get awkward/uncomfortable at times as you technically have no privacy when you’re on the toilet.

The location is brilliant and so close to the main attractions/ city. Staff are lovely and helpful. Luggage room available on check out.

The bedroom is very small in comparison to images on booking.com. The toilet and shower are separated in the room with transparent glass, awkward if staying with a friend. The shower had a large amount of black mould throughout our stay.
