Central location, beautiful garden room, very friendly and obliging staff. Just wish we could have stayed for longer.

No faults

The staff and location were wonderful. The elevator was very welcome. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Small balcony with doors to open were welcome to capture cool breeze

The room itself was quite old and dated. Ensuite door needs attention, difficult to close and open.

The physical location of the property could not be more convenient within the historical heart of Santiago de Compostella; literally around the corner from the great Cathedral and many shops and restaurants. The associated restaurant had an excellent breakfast selection (among the best cooked to order scrambled eggs I ever ate) employing a very courteous and hard-working serving staff with very good English language facility.

Our booked "albergue-style" room (3 single beds in a fairly narrow room) felt cramped by American hotel standards, and this economy room did not allow for a complimentary breakfast in the excellent hotel restaurant.

Great central location. Great facilities (fridge, coffee and tea making) freestanding bath, good shower and all very clean.

Poor noise insulation. Our room overlooked a busy street and we had to put the air conditioning system on to drown the constant noise of party goers and singing drunks with what appeared to be PA systems! You expect cathedral bells on the quarter hour but not someone shouting under the window at 3am! Needs triple glazing and preferably a larger bed.
