Easy access to the property. Excellent location just about 30 minutes to the Artist's Bluff Loop Trailhead in Franconia and a few more minutes after Franconia (about 15 minutes) to the beginning (West side) of the scenic Kangamagus Highway (hwy 112).
Everything was great. No negatives.

Location was amazing and the living/dining area was super cozy. Loved the fireplace and the spa-like shower.
Thought it was a bit expensive for off season and didn’t even give you one pod for the coffee machine for the day you arrive.

The property is wonderful, very spacious, clean and comfortable. location is god and very quiet area.
There’s no AC, even though they have plenty of Fans available in the condo, when it gets super hot in there.
