Location on Dickson street but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
Parking was free so hard to complain. Not withstanding it was a little tricky maneuvering out of top to available spaces with a larger car.

Peaceful evening and loved the shower
Parking was not great. I have a Chevy Tahoe and the small spots on a hill were not ideal. I would have enjoyed an actual breakfast versus continental.

This is a beautiful old property. The room was very large but oddly shaped so much of it was unusable. Unfortunately, we were there during a torrential rain storm, so we could not use any of the outdoor spaces.
If you are staying in the Writer's Room, it is on the 3rd floor. The stairs are incredibly steep and it was very hard to bring out luggage up to the room. The clawfoot tub is cute but very impractical for showering - no place to put your soap or shampoo and awkward to get in & out. The breakfast was an offering of cold cereal, donuts, and muffins - not my vision of a Bed & Breakfast.
