The Stirling Arms Pub & Rooms

The staff were very welcoming, friendly & informative. The room was lovely, clean, quiet & well equipped (kettle, teas, coffee, water, iron & board, hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). The bed was super comfortable, housekeeping came every morning to see if there was anything we needed doing or topping up. The pub was great, served good food and a good selection of drinks, all reasonably priced Great location, right in the centre of Hove.

Nothing

Location was good for Hove. Buses were a short walk across the Tesco car park for going into Brighton. Staff were friendly.

Room overlooked the beer garden which was noisy at night. I used the iron but it tripped the electricity but it was easily fixed.

Nice design in room, lovely bathroom & shower.

Needs a touch up on the walls nice coat of paint.

No breakfast available here.

The Managers here are liars- there is no parking available near this property… it is within residential houses on all sides with permit parking only. The nearest parking station is a good ten minute walk away- I would not have stayed there had I have known this.. when I asked to speak to the manager the nice lady behind the bar said it was his day off and wasn’t answering his phone.. I received a £50 parking fine, then had to pay for the parking station.. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment because of the desceitful way they go about reservations….
