The attention and consdieration I got from the receptionist (Bal?) was excellent. He was very welcoming and helpful.

The shower and toilet are in a crammed space

I really liked the style of the dorm and bunk beds - it was like you have your own little cove with complete privacy due to 3 walls and a curtain at the end. There's also lots of space to put your stuff inside on a shelf - the only addition I would make would be some hooks on the wall inside to hang your towel/jackets (there were a few on the walls in the dorm though). There was a complete bathroom with toilet within the dorm to share and also one shower and two additional toilets outside for all other dorms to share (it was always empty when I used them). The check in was completed online and someone helped explain us how to access the dorm and the lockers using the link or code provided once we arrived, and the sheets were located in the locker (duvet on the bed). There was a nice big table outside the dorms as well as a workspace with sockets for charging, and a kitchen off to the side as well. I would definitely stay again!

The location is good although it is far from the center if you decide to walk. I would still like the option to have an actual key card or even paper with the codes written down because I was afraid to leave the dorm without my phone for fear of being locked out :))

Some parts less clean, difficult to climb into some beds, would‘ve been courteous to mention the metro line there being closed during my stay
