The free shuttle this property provides from the airport made our arrival on st. Lucia hassle free and pleasant. From the moment Patrick picked us up it felt more like we were visiting a friend than staying at paid accomodation. Patrick is local and therefore is a wealth of knowledge on the area and its amenities. The apartment we stayed in was large and clean with a big bright kitchen, a large bedroom with comfortable bed and a balcony that caught the cooling breeze and had an amazing view of the valley below and the sea beyond. Laborie is such a charming small town and the perfect place to begin to fall in love with the pace and beauty of st. Lucia.

We enjoyed our whole experience at Belle View. But be aware that on arrival the side road that takes you up to the apartment may seem a little daunting. However, we chose to walk to and from town (there is a bus that runs on the main road and shortens the walk considerably) and thoroughly enjoyed it. For us, the hill wasn't as far or hard as we first imaged and the view from our balcony was worth the effort!

Host extremely helpful, goes the extra mile. Large property great balcony and netflix

Hill walk from the beach is quite steep but I worked out how to get the bus back

Patrick was a great host! Left us some lovely fruits from his estate for breakfast. Our apartment ( on the top floor) was spacious, massive bed, great views with a constant breeze so no mosquito net was necessary, but we understand that more updated rooms are to be found on the lower floors. The apartment is a bit of a walk into Laborie but not far from the main road, so it's easy to take the bus into Vieux Fort to use the Atm/supermarket & we also used the beach at Coconut bay. We liked the quiet, relaxed feel of Laborie and the cafe en ville. Patrick was a good host & extremely helpful & taking us on a tour of st Lucia sights on route to soufriere, as well as found us a nice apartment in soufriere to stay!

The climb up the hill. Shower was a bit erratic hot & cold.

The host was very welcoming and polite.

The road leading to the property is deplorable and the property needs some upgrading to match modern standards
