The location is amazing. Owner is extremely helpful.
Everything was perfect, only we had a trouble with accessing the apartment as the app was not working, but the staff was helpful to help

Ideal location in the heart of 1950. Ski school meets outside the front door, Ski in, ski out. Boot room has a back door straight onto the piste. The apartment has incredible views of Mont Blanc. It's an unbeatable location in a pretty, car-free small resort, with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, all within two minutes walk of the front door. You can't get better than this!
There's no sun on the balcony, but with everything else so perfect, I have no complaints!

Centre of Les Arcs 1950. Easy to get to and easy access to slopes. The property was clean, cosy, well stocked and Cecile, the owner, was quick to reply to our questions.

Problème de VMC dès l’arrivée dans l’appartement avec de fortes odeurs de pain grillé venant d’un autre appartement a priori.
Sèche cheveux cassé. Baignoire non opérationnelle en tant que baignoire car percée et colmatée à 2 endroits dont 1 mal réparé. Micro ondes HS. Lave vaisselle HS. 4 passages d’intervenants dans l’appartement lorsque nous y étions et lorsque nous étions en extérieur. 1 seule utilisation partielle du SPA car problème d’odeurs dans le hammam, dès l’entrée de l’espace SPA, une hygiène à revoir absolument. Appartement pas du tout à la hauteur des promesses faites dans l’annonce. Le sèche cheveux a quand même été remplacé mais impossible de l’utiliser dans la salle d’eau car pas de prise électrique. Proposition de venir changer micro-ondes et lave vaisselle le jeudi que nous avons refusé pour respecter notre tranquillité la veille de notre départ. Cécile nous a indiqué nous faire bénéficier de 10 jours de location gratuite cet été en dédommagement que nous avons refusé ne pouvant pas et ne voulant pas renouveler cette expérience. Nous sommes partis le vendredi matin au lieu du samedi. Un séjour décevant, pas reposant et finalement bien cher et loin des standards du luxe.
