The yard is nice and convenient if you have kids.
There were ants in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There was a bad smell in the whole house. Sheets on the double bed were smelling bad as well. The lemon tree was “sick” and all our hanging to dry clothes were dirty with some white sticky stuff that fall from it. There was a constant noise from the neighbors machines in the yard. The whole place was full of dust with dirty walls. We had to use the a/c because of the noise and because there was not mosquito net at the balcony door and the a/c could not cover sufficiently the whole space.

fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden with a lemon tree
apartment smaller than you might think, very weak internet, noisy, on the main street, neglected and unfriendly neighborhood, rust on the taps and in the shower in the bathroom
