Radisson Collection Bilbao

The location is perfect. Easy to get around Bilbao for major sights and activities as well as the main train station. Water pressure in the shower, a full bath and built in bidet in the toilet were excellent amenities.

There's very little seating available in the room. The toilet room door doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, so while you can't see anyone in there sounds are not blocked.

Great hotel to rest after full days of exploring the city. The roof top bar is just an amazing place, with smily staff. Most important for us was fantastic bad, shower, cleanness of the place, and great breakfast (even for people like me not eating meat.

Location and facilities

The room was spacious and clean. Members of staff at the reception were welcoming. Good speed of wifi. Great location.

Members of restaurant staff at breakfast made the experience disappointing. There are 2 parts of the food options with second being à la carte. NO ONE asks you if you’d like to order anything from the menu. Each time it was a quest to make the order, and on one of the days our order was dismissed altogether. The choice of other foods was scarce and the quality of some options was unsatisfactory. SPA zone is tiny — it consists of a really small pool, 4 beds and sauna that comfortably fits 2-4 people. So overall SPA capacity is 4 people for a comfortable experience. When we arrived (having have made a reservation prior) there already had been 5 more people which made the whole experience pretty miserable.
