Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Accessories were luxurious and it felt as if no expense was spared to create a high-end feel. The location, adjacent to the Santa Justa lift, was superb.
The accommodation at breakfast was somewhat cramped but staff went out of their way to ensure everyone's needs were met

Property was central to everything, designed to a high spec. Considering how central it was it was super quiet! Staff were brilliant and welcoming nothing too much trouble.

Super helpful reception- they helped us with suitcases and provided recommendations via WhatsApp ! Great apartment with very comfortable bedrooms and ac. Great showers
All good. But when booking hotel be prepared to walk a bit from where taxi can dropp off since apartments entrance is in a pedestrian street and reception entrance in a no stop zone

Spacious and comfortable
The location was very touristy and VERY noisy at night. Thumping music across the road til 11pm -on a weeknight. Weekends likely to be worse I imagine… Check in was strange, reception is around the corner from address. Had to roll our luggage down there and back again. But actual apartment was lovely, staff also. Mixed bag.
