Hotel Agora Regency Osaka Sakai

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many tasty options. Next to Sakai Nankai train station for easy travel around Sakai, Namba, Kansai airport, etc

I loved the room, it was very clean and also very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. Anda location is very comfortable to move around.

The only small thing that me and my partner could comment on is that there is strong smell of tabaco specially in the halls. Besides this, all was perfect!

The breakfast buffet was fabulous with so many options to choose from. However, I found a few things including fish and eggs which were a bit over cooked and I informed the chef and hope they improve this. The hotel is just about 30mins from Kansai Airport and 30mins to the city centre by train.

This is a five star hotel and hence I expected the mini bar to be prestocked but this was not the case. Secondly, the air conditioning was not working until I called the frontdesk to check on it. They came alright to check on it and they told me they we going to fix it. Even though the air conditioner started working, no one came back to my room to verifiy or confirm if the air conditioner was working or not. I did not find the carpet particularly clean for a 5 star hotel and this is a minus for them.
