Der Ausblick ist großartig, die Klima funktioniert einwandfrei, es gibt gute Restaurants und passable Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist nett, bemüht und bleibt immer ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist stark abgewohnt. Küchenschranktüren und TV hängen schief, Fenster zum Teil ungeputzt. Keine 140qm groß wie angegeben, sondern eher 110 (haben abgemessen). Bei Ankunft war eine Lampe, zwei Glühbirnen und der Balkonrollladen kaputt (der wurde trotz Versprechen nicht repariert), der Wasserkocher undicht, ein Abfluss verstopft, die Badewannenverkleidung hat sich gelöst, zwei Glühbirnen sind nur an Drähten befestigt, ein Kastengriff abgerissen, Batterien der TV-Bedienung leer, Schimmel, Rost und Schmutz in den Badezimmern. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nur auf den höchsten Kälteeinstellungen, sonst taut er ab (2x passiert). Generell nur oberflächlich geputzt. Wir haben das Wichtigste gemeldet und es wurde daraufhin die Lampe, eine Glühbirne und der Wasserkocher ausgetauscht. Am privaten Strand ist fast jede Liege anders defekt, die Stiege ins Meer ist von der Verankerung abgerissen.

Great location - a few minutes walk to the main tourist street, lots of eating options next to the apartment (fish restaurant, pizza, crepes, gyros etc) and a couple of bakeries up the road which were ideal for breakfast goodies. Apartment was clean and modern (although the usual set up in the bathroom where the showers soak the whole bathroom). The view really is amazing, the apartment block is right next to the sea so you have front row seats! There is parking available underneath the building, if you're brave enough to drive down the steep hill! It's actually fine, but gets the heart racing. And, you can use the small private beach that belongs to the apartment - this is such a huge benefit in this part of Albania, where getting onto a beach can be quite expensive for a family.

The apartment is right by the sea. Spacious, well air-conditioned (air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room). It is located on 7 floors. The view from the balcony is like "painted". Pleasant sitting in the morning and in the evening. The accommodation has a small private beach. It's fine, the disadvantage is that there are no sunbeds assigned to the apartment. The location is really great. There is an excellent restaurant right in the building. You have to go early for dinner, otherwise you have to wait in line due to great interest. For breakfast and a good coffee, we recommend the Italian restaurant, which is right next door. Groceries, shops, pharmacy are nearby. Beautiful private beaches are everywhere in the vicinity. We went to Copacabana beach. Nice environment, pleasant bar, coffee, pizza delivery. Set - 2 sunbeds and a parasol €10. On other beaches €20. There is a public beach near the promenade without sunbeds. We recommend a motorboat trip to the beautiful beaches. The owner of the apartment was very accommodating and helpful. He bought what we needed, arranged a taxi, gave advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
