Great location, lovely hosts. Good breakfast, selection of fruit and cereals, fantastic cooked breakfast. Decent size rooms, well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Peterlee or surrounding area
My room was near the entrance which meant I could hear people entering and exiting. Hallway conversations. I have no doubt that the hosts would have moved me if I had mentioned it to them. As it was a short stay it was only a minor issue.

When we arrived plenty of space to park near the Hotel entrance and we received a Friendly Welcome from the Host. The Hotel was extremely clean and well decorated. My double bedroom the bed was comfortable & the room had good facilities and the Shower in Bathroom was a good pressure & temperature. Breakfast was cooked fresh when we arrived in the Dining Room the following morning
Amazing value and we shall definitely return if in the area again :-)
Everything was Perfect

Breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.
We were surprised The bed had not been made on the second day. The tea bags in the room had not been replenished. Also the shower kept flooding the toilet floor.
