avid Hotel - Toronto - Vaughan Southwest by IHG

The staff were really friendly. The lobby was very busy with kids and parents late at night. But it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. My room was very close to the lobby, but I couldn't hear people once we got inside. It seemed like a very family friendly place. The little store by the front was well stocked. The free coffee 24/7 was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was great for what it was. Basically grab and go style. But there were juices, yogurts, cereal, pancakes, omelets, sausage patties, homefries, toast, muffins. A great variety! We didnt get to enjoy the pool but we could see it from the door of our room and it looked nice! And the bed? It was like sleeping on a cloud! Overall the hotel was amazing and if given the chance we will be back!

There wasn't much we didnt like about it. The one side table did have some coffee cup rings on it and a few hairs.

The accommodating a booking screwup booking accidentally gave me a king room when I had my two kids and they accommodated by giving me a two queen room. What’s the best experience I think I’ve had at a hotel ever

Always very clean, staff are nice, bed very comfortable and breakfast is included.

Great atmosphere for families with children. Love all you can drink coffee bar and water. Breakfast is great and kids love it. We always stay here if we can.

Elevator and being unable to access other floors except your own floor
