Beautiful apartment with everything you might need - extra blankets, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea - and really close to Botany township! Great communication also from host :)
Just a note for the hosts - I think the fridge may need adjusting. Everything in there - including the milk you kindly left me - ended up frozen! Just a quick fix no doubt :)

It was very quiet. It had everything that I have at home so I didn’t feel like I was out of place
It only has one car park.

I liked how modern, clean and well-equipped the house was. It was an excellent location, being so close to the ice skating rink. It was nice and quiet, despite being by a busy road. I liked the little courtyard area and the outlook onto the reserve.
The beds were nice and comfortable, but I would have liked a top sheet instead of just the duvet. We would have liked a mirror in the bedrooms. These are very minor things and we would definitely like to stay here again.

great location
Few disappointment with this property:
- the sofa downstairs is ridiculously uncomfortable! I have never sat and seen a more uncomfortable chairs in any other property I have been too! seriously, as a rented property, I would seriously invest in new chairs!
- it was clean when we got to the place, but there were Ants everywhere!
- the bed in the smaller bedroom is way to soft for any adult! again, super uncomfortable!
- the shower wasn’t the best either!
