Staff was very nice , rooms where clean and location was great

The property was in a very central location within walking distance to many destinations in Rome. The staff were extremely nice and courteous. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. They also had the most comfortable bed we slept in during our 16 day trip in Italy.
Our room was a bit dark and the windows did not allow in a ton of light.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help me as a single mum travelling with a 7 month old. They would help carry the pram up and down the stairs, assist with luggage, etc. they were very responsive to any needs. The property was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, it was immaculate and was serviced properly each day. The location is great, walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi. There were some good dining options and shopping nearby. The room was large and well appointed.
The design of the elevator essentially makes it unusable. The way the doors open inwards mean you can’t put luggage, a pram or anything more than one person who can move around the doors in the lift at any one time. This made things a bit difficult with a baby but when the staff were there, they always helped. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but I’ve found that to be the case the whole way through Europe.

The staff were very kind, attentive and accommodating. The food was yummy and we loved the in room breakfast table service. Great location!
There was an obvious bad smell in the room-strong mold smell. The comforter bedding was ripped. The bathroom toilet half worked. Mold in bathroom. Cups for coffee/tea were dirty. It was just dated looking- needs an upgrade. We realized it was an old building but too many trinkets made it dirty feeling.
