The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a good location, for exploring the area, and lots of places to eat. On check-in the staff were really helpful.

When it comes to the kitchen facilities, it is where I would have to say I was disappointed, it was minimally equipped, there were no bowls, and there was a kitchen sponge that had been left by previous guests, how do I know they didn't clean there shoes with that, it would have been nice to have a new one, no tea-towel, no cutting utensils, or cooking utensils just 2 knives and 2 forks and spoons, 2 plates, not much else. When we arrived the coffee cups had put back on the display dirty, and needed to be washed. Some days we would receive new towels, and maybe no bathmat, very random. The bathroom was tiny, and it was impossible to use the toilet paper holder whist on the toilet. As soon as you stepped outside of the room, the smell of cigarette smoke really hit you.
