Clean rooms, all appliances working well, host fast response and very helpful. Extra matttres, blankets and pillows available. Very recommended for small family stay.. Eateries and shops nearby and assessbile 24 hours.
My parking card not functioning throughout my stay where entering and exiting from carpark unable to be ddtected. Fortunately the guards were there 24/7 to assist.

The location is very good, the room is clean, and it has a very interesting style—an ideal place for a relaxing stay.
The water heater and the shower nozzle in the bathroom are very difficult to use. The pillows in the bedroom are a bit too firm and high.

1. Check in time stated was 2pm, however, the access card was not in the mailbox at 5.30pm. Had to contact the staff during check in.
2. Cleanliness was lacking, floor and carpet was dusty. Mini cockroach was found in the kitchen.
3. Washing machine was being used when we checked in.
