Anna Αpartments II

Anna was so lovely, especially to the kids, she waited to greet them daily to give them an ice cream. The apartment was very clean, well organised and cleaned daily which was a nice surprise. The location was excellent for restaurants & the beach right across the road. The weather wasn't the best while we were there so we weren't able to swim in the pool. We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's apartment 😊 Thanks Anna ☺️

As a family of 5 with 3 kids and a lot of luggage it was really hard going up & down the stairs to the apartment, but this was no fault of the place, just stating what we didn't like.

Huoneistohotelli sijaitsi lähellä rantaa pääkadun varrella, mutta liikenteen melu ei kuulunut huoneisiin. Huoneisto oli siisti ja suhteellisen tilava. Siivous oli ensiluokkaista.

Tilasimme hotellin taksin hakemaan lentoasemalsta, mutta sitä ei tullut. Olimme vahvistaneet asian kaksi kertaa, mutta "Joanna" väitti, ettei sitä ollut vahvistettu (vaikka siitä oli luettavissa sähköpostiviestittely). Siitä jäi paha mieli. Näimme omistajan (Anna) kaksi kertaa viikon aikana. Alussa ja kerran, kun kysyimme taksia Haniaan. Hän ei jaksanut palvella soittamalla meille taksia, eikä edes tarjonnut numeroa, mihin soittaa. Sitä ihmettelimme. Ei jäänyt kokemus hyvästä palvelusta ollenkaan. Lämmintä vettä ei tullut kaikkina päivinä. Keittiössä oli lappu, että vieraiden pitää pestä astiat lähtiessä. Tätä ei ole koskaan ennen missään vaadittu.

What I liked most was how convenient and easily accessible everything was. The beach is literally just a two-minute walk away. The area has plenty of shops, supermarkets, and drugstores nearby. Anna is very kind, and the cleaning staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They are always happy to assist you with anything you need.
